• 1 1/2 pounds Apples
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
  2. Pour into a saucepan, bring to a light boil and reduce to a low simmer
  3. Stir occasionally and simmer for about an hour to thicken the sauce
