- 1 1/2 pounds Apples
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
- Pour into a saucepan, bring to a light boil and reduce to a low simmer
- Stir occasionally and simmer for about an hour to thicken the sauce
