Give your chicken salad a boost while keeping it kid friendly
- 2 Large Cans Canned Chicken (Kirkland)
- 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Nut Cashews, Almonds, etc.
- 2 Stalks Celery
- 1/4 Cup Raisins or Currants
- Strain the chicken in a collander, empty into a bowl and shred with a fork
- Add the curry and paprika. Salt and pepper to your liking. Mix well.
- Add the mayo and stir in throughly
- Add the nuts, celery and raisins
