Give your chicken salad a boost while keeping it kid friendly

  • 2 Large Cans Canned Chicken (Kirkland)
  • 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Nut Cashews, Almonds, etc.
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins or Currants
  1. Strain the chicken in a collander, empty into a bowl and shred with a fork
  2. Add the curry and paprika. Salt and pepper to your liking. Mix well.
  3. Add the mayo and stir in throughly
  4. Add the nuts, celery and raisins
